The Summer Creek Annual HOA Meeting July 27th!

Annual Meeting

Please arrive beginning at 3:30 to sign-in.

In response to a serious concern by St Charles Health Care, we are revising the agenda for the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, the 27th. St Charles is concerned that the Delta variant of COVID-19 may begin to increase across Central Oregon in the next several few weeks due to those who are unvaccinated. This is only informative and precautionary at this time, and they want to assure Central Oregon residents they are fully staffed and have adequate beds should they be needed.

While we are confident most of our residents are vaccinated, we know there are some unvaccinated and it is those who are at serious risk for contracting COVID-19. If you are fully vaccinated, your risk is greatly diminished. At this time there is no official Oregon or Deschutes County directive changing masking requirements, but St Charles suggests masking when indoors in crowds. Please be aware that there may be some attending the Annual Meeting who are not vaccinated.

As a precaution, we are going to shorten the Annual Meeting. A slide-show presentation of highlights for the past 2 years (no annual meeting in 2020) was to be substituted for the Presidents Report. Instead, most of those comments will be emailed to all homeowners on Sunday July 25th.
